Boiler installations
Combi, system and conventional boilers fitted to a fixed price, with the old unit removed and the system flushed.

A breakdown is dealt with on a same or next-day basis, seven days a week. It is rare that we cannot attend the same day.
Emergency boiler repair
Ring us and describe the fault. We book you in for the same day where we can, and the next day at the latest.
Vans carry the parts that fail most often, so a lot of jobs are finished on the first visit. If a part has to be ordered we tell you when it lands.
Boiler service plan
£15 a month or £160 a year
The plan covers priority service, all parts on repairs, callout and labour, with no excess to pay. Your annual service is carried out at a reduced cost.
Plan holders who contact us before 5pm get a 12-hour callout. That faster response applies to plan holders only.

Water is soft across most of the patch, so scale is rarely the issue. Hartlepool is the exception, and Teesside sits slightly harder, so we fit filters and inhibitor to suit.

Which boiler brands do you install?
We are a Baxi Approved Installer of more than 15 years and an ATAG approved installer. ATAG boilers fitted by approved firms carry a 12 to 18-year warranty. We service and repair the other major brands as well.
Do you issue landlord gas safety certificates?
Yes. We carry out landlord gas safety checks and issue the CP12 certificate. We also look after plumbing and heating work across rented properties.
